Meet the CEO

Barbara Manzo Gilbert.
Lived experience. Real coaching.

I am not here to perform expertise. I am here because I have lived the rebuild, more than once, and I know what it takes to come back to yourself.

Barbara Manzo Gilbert, CEO of Intentional Impact Consulting

Her story

The long version.

01

Where it began

She started selling at a young age, door to door, person to person. That early hustle taught her something no classroom could: how to truly listen, how to read a room, and how to make people feel seen.

02

Building without a safety net

There was no financial backing, no easy path. She built her life from the ground up, taking jobs others overlooked and learning every skill she could get her hands on.

03

The technical years

She earned her place in technical and business roles where she was often the only woman in the room. She learned how systems work, how teams move, and how to lead.

04

Setbacks and starting over

Injuries. Loss. Seasons where everything she'd built seemed to collapse at once. She restarted, more than once, with nothing but the belief that she wasn't done.

05

The hardest rebuild herself

Through serious health struggles she had to learn to rebuild her body, her habits, and her sense of self. She lost more than 150 pounds. More importantly, she found her own voice again.

06

Returning to purpose

Coaching came back to her, not as a career move, but as a calling. People kept asking her how she did it. Eventually, she stopped saying 'I just figured it out' and started teaching what she'd learned.

Today, she helps people rebuild their lives, businesses, and confidence through real understanding and lived experience.

What I stand for

The values behind every conversation.

Honesty over performance

I will tell you the truth, kindly, but always honestly. Comfortable lies don't change lives.

Lived experience first

Every tool I share has been tested in my own life before it ever reached yours.

You, fully respected

Your story, your pace, your decisions. I'm here to walk with you, not steer you.
